We sell a completely pure and raw honey, ensuring that the product you receive is the best it can be. You may have noticed that there are 3 different colour variants, light, dark, and extra dark. The light coloured honey seen on the left of the photo is mostly made up of nectar gathered from lime tree flowers, and is in our opinion, extremely sweet! The dark coloured honey was foraged earlier in the year from various different wildflowers and shrubs. As a result, this honey has a good depth of flavour, as well as a nice gentle sweetness. Finally there is the extra dark honey, our personal favourite. It has a very complex flavour, with almost fruity notes to it, that lingers in your mouth. On top of that, its sweetness is not too overwhelming, creating an amazing taste. It really is hard to describe, so if you want to try some, then order yours fast before stocks run out.

Since this honey is completely natural product it may set. If this occurs warm it gently to re-liquefy it.
